No. Aurora TogetherCare for Employers isn’t part of your health plan, so there’s no open enrollment, underwriting, or plan redesign on your end.
It works best with PPO plans, high-deductible plans, or no plan at all. HMO plans usually require specialist referrals from an in-network primary care doctor, so employees on an HMO may still need that doctor. We’ll look at your plan together before you decide.
